Whistleblowing - Reporting system

Rossi S.p.A., in compliance with the regulations on "Whistleblowing" (Legislative Decree No. 24/2023), has equipped itself with an internal reporting system that enables the emergence of unlawful conduct and guarantees the protection - both in terms of confidentiality and protection from retaliation - of the reporting parties.i.

Employees, suppliers and other specifically identified individuals can then report through the MYWHISTLEBLOWING Platform any episodes that may lead to or result in violations of company procedures and/or the possible commission of crimes.

Reports may be made:

- In written form, by computer;
- or in oral form, either by recording a voice message through the aforementioned Platform, or by requesting a meeting with the Manager of the report (Studio Legal & Engineering of Reggio Emilia).

The "Whistleblowing Procedure" is attached and any potential whistleblower is invited to read it before submitting any kind of report.
